Spam email is a form of commercial advertising which is economically viable because email is a very cost-effective medium for the sender. If just a fraction of the recipients of a spam message purchase the advertised product, the spammers are making money and the spam problem is perpetuated.
You can report messages as junk in the Mail app and help filter junk mail in i Cloud. Then future messages from the same sender are marked as junk. To mark a message as junk: On your i Phone, i Pad, or i Pod touch with i OS 7 or later, open the message, tap the Flag at the bottom, then tap Move to Junk.
Click on Options, upper right corner of mail page. Then Mail Options. Click on Spam from the list on the left. In the Add a blocked address box, enter the domain. The domain is the part of the email address after address AFTER the @. Leave out the @ symbol). Click the Add button.

To have Yahoo! Mail delete all mail from a particular address automatically: Hover the mouse cursor over the settings gear icon or click that gear. Select Settings from the menu that has appeared. Go to the Blocked Addresses category. Type the unwanted email address under Add an address. Click Block. Click Save.
When Senders change certain verbiage within an e-mail to the color red, they are making a point — and a strong point at that! The use of red to indicate emphasis is an extra effort taken by the Sender to make sure the Recipient understands just how strongly they feel about the topic at hand.
