Spam is not a healthy thing to eat. A 12-ounce can contains six servings. A single serving holds 16 grams of fat, including six grams of saturated fat. One serving also holds 33 percent of your daily recommended allowance of sodium and a pretty hefty dose of cholesterol.
You can report messages as junk in the Mail app and help filter junk mail in i Cloud. Then future messages from the same sender are marked as junk. To mark a message as junk: On your i Phone, i Pad, or i Pod touch with i OS 7 or later, open the message, tap the Flag at the bottom, then tap Move to Junk.
Click on Options, upper right corner of mail page. Then Mail Options. Click on Spam from the list on the left. In the Add a blocked address box, enter the domain. The domain is the part of the email address after address AFTER the @. Leave out the @ symbol). Click the Add button.

Spam email is a form of commercial advertising which is economically viable because email is a very cost-effective medium for the sender. If just a fraction of the recipients of a spam message purchase the advertised product, the spammers are making money and the spam problem is perpetuated.
Spam is bad because it shifts the cost of advertising to the recipients. It is similar to junk unsolicited faxes. It can also be compared to an unwanted collect call to your telephone.
Log into your Yahoo Mail at https://mail.yahoo.com. Click on the gear menu. Click on Settings, then Filters. Click Add and create a filter that matches @ in the sender and delivers the messages to Inbox. Click Save. Make sure that the new rule is at the bottom of the list.
You can also delete individual messages by clicking the check box next to them and clicking " Delete." To set up automatic deletion of the messages in the Spam folder, select " Settings" from the Settings menu icon in the top-right corner of the page. Click " Security" and choose how often you want to " Empty Spam folder."
